A place where you can find jollof rice AND Jamaican beef patties? Sign me up! The exterior is unassuming but the interior is bright, clean, and the service is polite and attentive. Kudos to the owner for being such a delight! I ordered jollof rice with chicken and a beef patty (of course). Both were excellent but I have to shower the jollof rice with praise. As a Nigerian American, the struggle to find good jollof is real. I have to say that this Ghanian style jollof was quite good. I won't get into a whole thing about which country has the best jollof but I enjoyed this iteration quite a bit. I highly recommend checking out KSB when you're near Parkville.

Listen to me!!! This place is gold! I absolutely love KSB. Grace and the rest of the team are wonderful. We’ve been to the location back in February for a family dinner and the food was delicious. I’m plant-base so I was a bit reluctant, however, they were able to accommodate me and others in the group that were plant-base. The food did take a little long but there were about 8 of us, so I completely understand. I ordered Jollof with Egusi & Spinach Stew. Ever since, I’ve ordered from there at least once a month. THE SAME DISH and it is delicious every single time. I’ve had it with fufu and banku as well. I love the fact that we now have African food in our area, don’t have to travel too far for great food. They are currently open during the quarantine and DoorDash does deliver.

Just found this place driving by and the food was awesome. Jollof rice for the win and the oxtails were wonderful too. I'll definitely be back!

I took a bite of the rice and peas and went to my aunties kitchen! It was THAT good. (You can tell frm the half eaten plate in my picture) I got the jerk chicken meal and my husband got that curry chicken. My jerk chicken was a quarter piece of chicken- leg and thigh. Smothered in jerk seasoning. It came w/ rice and peas, Mac and cheese, and plantains. (I didn't want the cabbage, but it normally comes w/ it) The curry chicken almost looks like oxtails due to the way the meat is cut. Taste was amazing there, but my husband said he could have used a few more pieces of chicken. The beef patties were well seasoned and coco bread was soft.

I go here at least once a week for the veggie platter. The customer service is always exceptional and the food is amazing. Fresh and made with love. The curried cabbage is heavenly but the mac and cheese is to die for. I have warmed it up two days later and it is still just as amazing as day one. Full of flavor not salty or bland, perfectly seasoned. A true gem in parkville!

I came across this restaurant when looking for authentic Caribbean and African cuisine and this restaurant delivered! I ordered their jerk chicken and oxtails and my husband ordered the curry chicken. The proportions are great and we had food for two days! The spice on the jerk chicken was phenomenal and it has been a while since I had jerk chicken with that spice! Definitely a restaurant to try and fall in love with! Staff is friendly, service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I loved the music they had playing and the decor is beautiful. I will be coming back to try their African dishes!

The food is amazing being Nigerian and my husband Ghanaian we were a little nervous. We both agreed the food is superb and we will return.
